Hello again :)
I saw the movie a couple days ago so here's what I think :)

I personally think that the movie was pretty awesome. I had some good laughs xD and those yellow minions, they are so cute :3 I recommend you to watch it because it really is refreshing! But although it gave me a pretty good impression, the movie didn't give me much to remember either. So it is a good movie, but not the kind of movie which title you're gonna write under your favorite movie section.

Knight and Day

So I just watched the movie and I thought, why don't I write my personal review and put it on my blog because hey, I've neglected this blog -.-

So yeah, let's not beat around the bush. I personally think that the movie sucks, seriously. The movie obviously is an action comedy but I just don't think they're putting their heart on it, they did not go all out. Funny? not really, and the actions? Not really jawdropping either. And the romance, oh no. Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz are like robots, seriously. I don't feel the thing between them. Such a waste. This movie could have been great I think.

I give it 5 out of 10. Maybe I'm too harsh, I don't know, but I just don't like it.

Shutter Island

Well it's been pretty long since the last time I blogged about movie updates so yeah I just thought I'd better do :D

Hmmmm. So yeah I just saw Shutter Island yesterday. It's a horror-thriller movie directed by Martin Scorsese with the setting of the 50's. It starts when U.S. Marshal Teddy Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) goes to the Shutter Island, to the Ashecliff Hospital, a facility for badly insane people, to be exact. He's there to investigate an almost impossible case, the missing of Rachel Solando, a patient in the facility. Well the story is about his effort to solve the puzzles and to discover more and more things about the facility and also about other stuffs which I don't feel like spilling because it's the twist of the movie.

So overally the movie is good. You can find great casts like Leonardo DiCaprio, Michelle Williams, Mark Ruffalo, etc. The director? Can't be any better. As I mentioned earlier, the director is Martin Scorsese. Honestly, no need to question his works. As usual, it's brilliant. The plot? Now this is interesting. It includes exciting puzzles, plot twists, identity conflicts, and other complicated things. And what makes it brilliant is that everything has been set neatly that we will be trapped in our own perception until a few minutes before the end, that's when we realize that we are totally wrong (at least that happened to me lol)

I rate it 3.5 out of five. It's exciting, thrilling, and the twists are really cool. Watch it if you haven't. You'll have fun because I did. It was a pretty good 138 minutes of my life. Another great work Scorsese! Props to this man people!

Edge of Darkness

Yesterday I brought my laptop to HP Service Center because you know... I broke it -.- Then my sister and I had a random idea to go see Edge of Darkness , so we got to Senayan City to watch it *dances*

Overally the movie was awesome, 50ish % on Rotten Tomatoes :D The movie was about a father named Thomas Craven (Mel Gibson) whose daughter got killed right in front of his house, got shot. And then the movie went on with Thomas unfolding a top secret of Northmoor, somekind of a company where his daughter worked at. Well the movie was about conspiracy, politic, father and daughter, etc but yeah mainly about conspiracy.

Some words to enlighten you about the movie:
Death
Nuclear
Radiation
Senator
National Security
Weapon
Research
Classified.

Well I personally think it was awesome, and it was sad, I cried a couple of times. Mel Gibson played a great daddy. Watch it xD

This is it

Yes finally I watched This is it!!! I watched it yesterday with my friend Paul :) Geez, yesterday was really full of effort -_-

But all the efforts worth it!!! The movie was really awesome to me!!! EVERY SINGLE MOMENT was EMOTIONAL. Although it's a movie with no storyline (rehearsal footage only), it was still so touching. Every moment was too priceless that I even felt bad for blinking. Every song was really memorable. He showed me the real showmanship. Yes, he's the ultimate showman, and the true inspiration for almost everyone in the world.

And watching the movie of course brought back memories, made everyone miss him even worse. And I feel so bad that such ultimate concert have to be cancelled. It's way too great.

And anyway I love the female guitarist for the this is it concert. She's so cool and YOUNG!

Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince : The Movie

omgeeee!!! I completely forgot to post about this movieee!!! Forgive me!!! Okay, I'm so lame because I don't even know who I'm apologizing to, no one reads my blog, Ahaaha XD (anyway, should I laugh at this? I'm so weird. And anyway, this space button on my cell keypad is being so evil)

Soooo, yesterday of yesterday of yesterday of yesterday of... Idk, a long time ago but not so long but kinda long, whatever, I watched this movie. One thing that I will never ever forget is I GOT THE WORST SEAT EVER!!! Something blocked my sight! I couldn't see the subtitle if I lean to the seat. So I had to sit like a soldier! Super straight back! I should sue! (Sorry, I'm infected by Aris the suer :p) I had a pic of my sight but not now. I twittered it.

So, I think the movie was great :) but still not my favorite. You know, enough humor, enough romance, enough teenage things, you knooowww, a little bit of everything. One thing, Dumbledore's death wasn't so memorable, just like Sirius's. Like... You'll forget it in the next minute. I don't even cry and that's a really good proof because usually I'm such a crybaby.

Yeah, not much to comment on. I rate it 4 out of 5 stars. Just see it people! (I know you have. This post is so freakin late)

Transformers : Revenge of the Fallen

So I watched this movie a few days ago. I write my update now because I just got the time :)

So, the movie was so so. I rate it 2.5 out of five stars. Why?
So, at first I didn't think that the movie's that bad. But then my sister, Sylvia, pointed out some points that I think are true...

First, the jokes. For bumblebee, he's still adorable like usual. There's nothing wrong with his jokes too. But other jokes are somewhat sour and related to sexual things that made the movie a little bit boring. It kinda changed the movie. I didn't expect something like this by the way.

Second, the plot. The storyline is too simple, doesn't need too much thinking. It's like kid's quest movie. You go here, you get this, and go there and do that, yeah that things. Sorry if you don't know what I mean. I'm a bad explainer. Just let me say, too simple storyline.

and Third, the movie put on too much hopes on Megan Fox's sexiness. They show it A LOT. Glossy lips, smooth thighs, you'll see it many times. It's not that I envy her or what, it's just it's kinda inappropriate and we don't really need that, aren't we?

So those are my points inspired by my sister's. But the movie is good if you wanna refresh yourself because it makes you chill. If you wanna chill, just go see it :)

Star Trek

so, i watched this movie yesterday. Well it's great! they got sci-fi, comedy, cute but ugly creature all in a movie! i think you (everyone who read this) have to watch it1 IT'S WORTH WATCHING, TRUST ME! Both Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto did freakin good!

Drag Me To Hell

I watched this movie yesterday. Well, I think it's great!!! The greatest recent hollywood horror movie! I think everyone should watch it :)

The story is about a cursed girl named Christine Brown. She was cursed by a gypsy who later will die. The movie tells us about her effort to get rid of the curse. The movie is completely scary, surprising, sad, and kinda romantic I guess... Thumbs up to Sam Raimi!!!

The Boy in The Striped Pajamas

So I just watched this movie. This movie tells us about a friendship between a son of a Nazi soldier named Bruno and a Jewish kid named Shmuel.

This movie is really sad yet really great. I cried, maybe twice or thrice. And the ending was so sad. I think what is wrong about this movie is the language. The setting is Germany but they all got british accent.

I think if you like a meaningful movie, you should watch this because it really is meaningful!

Terminator Salvation

so today, it's Friday, well, not today, yesterday because it's already saturday here, 3:26 am exactly. I watched Terminator Salvation...

I'm so unlucky today.. that's the very first thing I want to tell you...

here's some points about my adventure because I'm too lazy to write it in paragraphs:

-I failed finishing my essay... geez, it's two days left til the deadline! well, it's irrelevant to my adventure but it's hard to exclude.

-Well, I had to wait for a bus to go to the theater. I waited about 30 minutes but the bus didn't pass, so I (actually me and my sister) got a taxi.

-okay, arrived at PIM, we caught up with Nungki who was at pizza hut. My sister (Sylvia) was too excited to eat salad and soup so she took too much. And she couldn't eat em all since she was a bit sick (not really sick) because of the taxi ride. I never liked taxiride either.

-Then, we just walked around the mall and idk, my shoulder started to sore. It felt like it's mispositioned or something. gosh it was soooo terrible. Thank God it's much better now.

-Well, we bought the ticket to watch Terminator of course. And at the lobby, I saw a Caucasian boy wih a so japanese-boyband hairstyle. ugh, so weird.

-Then we chilled at J.Co since we still had some hours before the movie starts. We chose a pretty cozy spot. Not long after that, came 3 young and cheerful girls (about 9 or 10 years old). They sat next to us. They looked so excited and happy (anyway, they're gossiping too. sorry girls but i overheard that :D). Then came their mom (or nanny) so they ordered something. While they're away, A young couple (not really young, college boy and college girl) sat on their seat, and when they got back, their faces looked really sad because there's no other seat left but the one outside which is not a smoking free area. They chose to sit outside then. Ugh, i felt bad for them.

-ugh, so the college couple replaced the little girls. The girl (of the couple) started to talk on her phone. At first, okay, I was just a little bit annoyed that she talked too loud. But then she became more and more annoying. She started to talk about her friend going to French, her friend not going to Afgan's birthday party (FYI, Afgan is a pop singer in Indonesia. Well, I dislike him because he doesn't deserve to be the object to be crazy about while many Indonesian are crazy about him. no offense to Afgan), her friend not taking the short semester program, and bla bla bla... all in MAX VOLUME!!! and she talked on her iPhone with her Blackberry held in the other hand (well both phone are considered expensive in Indonesia). I think she just wanted to show off... I hate that kind of person and I hate myself for paying attention too much because i had nothing else to do.

-And I watched Terminator Salvation!!! It was awesome but it's easily forgotten, you know what I mean. Well, there's this character named Marcus Wright in this movie and a girl named Blair Williams (or William? idk. I forgot) and they seemed to fall for each other. That was a really exact coincidence with the characters in Gossip Girl. Remember when Blair Waldorf dated Marcus Beaton (the "I'm a british and a lord" guy)? that's what I'm talking about! My sister and I made fun of it during the whole movie so we laughed a lot. I think we're the only people in the world who make fun of Marcus Beaton. We do it anytime, anywhere! lol :D

-After finished watching Terminator, we got in the line to take taxi to bring us home. Well, before getting in the line, I saw a woman standing near the line but it didn't seem like she's queuing, so we just got in the line. But not long after that, the woman got in the line also, right behind us! ugh, i felt bad for it. We didn't mean to cut the line... :(

-So, we got a taxi and got in, and there came another bad luck of mine. It's a new car! it smelled like rubber inside! ugh, it made the carride even worse! And the driver talked too much I think, and he thought we were a foreigner or something. The driver talked to Nungki and he responded, And Nungki started making up everything about the three of us. ugh, i couldn't help but laugh in my mind!!! lol :D that was so funny!!! sorry Mr. Driver :p

-And then we all were really sick because of the new-car car ride. And we were definitely hungry so we ate Mie Aceh at Pidie. Damn, it was so hoooot! I even can still feel the hotness in my stomach now!

-And now I'm about to finish writing this at 5:29 am. Gosh I haven't sleep!!! I need to get to sleep soon!!!
