Idul Adha and Thanksgiving

Today is Idul Adha, the day when many poor animals are being slayered XD Ok, they're not slayered, they are just being killed for good (Hey this sentence really brings the wise out of me lol).

Well sadly, today is not a really good day for me. It's not even afternoon yet but I just knew. It would have been a great day if I had some people to celebrate it with but in fact I didn't. I think I will end up digging my nose to discrete math books today instead. Tomorrow will be another torture, the second discrete math test. Hopefully I will do good.

And, it's Thanksgiving out there in the US. Well, we don't celebrate it here in Indonesia, but I just want to say that I'm really really thankful for many things in my life e.g.:
Happiness,
Family,
Friends,
Campus,
Priviledges,
...

Well it's really hard to make a list because the list will go on and on and on and will never end because there are just soooooooo many things in life I'm thankful for. And actually it's including YOU! yes YOU! I'm thankful for you who is reading my blog :p Don't forget to come back anytime soon ok? XD

Well, I shouldn't feel blue today. Time to start digging my nose.

Back Healthy

So I'm back healthy! No more chikin pox no more itch! Aaaah I'm happaaay xD

So I started going back to my daily life aka daily torture last Monday. Wow, found out that a week off made me miss lots of thing!

Here are some things I have in mind:
1. Orientation thing. So we used to have to wear a yellow slayer every single day but actually we were told to not to anymore and I DID NOT KNOW. So last Monday, I wore a yellow slayer and I looked totally lame being the only one who did
2. Gossips! There were some gossips spreading and I was so not updated. Now it's time for updating *evil grin*
3. Another midterm test. Yep I missed a programming foundations test and a quiz. And I will have the make up test next Tuesday. Jeez, I haven't understand anything, time for a hard work
4. Haircuts! Many people got new haircut lol
5. I missed many classes so I just can't keep up now. And what's worse is actually I doodled a lot lately in classes. The picture is what I made in discrete math class yesterday
6. Chatroll meetings, VHo's bday party :'( aaa miss the Q Fam

Jeez, hopefully I can cope with my problem of being not updated

Quarantine Day 5

Today I'm still sick actually but my sister and I dined out because we craved sushi. And before going home, when I was already in an angkot-a local term for public transportation-and the angkot I was in 'ngetem' for awhile, there's a random guy dancing a solo between those angkots. At first he did a crotch grab!!! Which caught my attention of course but seemed like I was the only one who noticed. Then he continued with simple footworks. He did simple heeltoes, and he glided a little! He popped his body also. He wasn't so good actually but sure he got the basics.

Thanks for the one minute show random guy. That was kinda refreshing anyway. I hope you'll be a better dancer! Keep developing :)

It seemed like MJ's the one who inspired him considering the moves. Ah, thanks MJ for spreading the love of dance!!!!!!! YOU'RE BUCC :D

Quarantine Day 3

See, told you, more crappy posts :(

Day 3 was not really boring. I reread some magazines and had some nice convos with people on Y!M and windows live messenger. So... No crazy ideas! Sorry xD

The bad parts are:
1. Some people were reconstructing a part of the building which for sure made NOISES! I couldn't rest from morning until afternoon.
2. My head's giving me so much pain. From scalp, forehead, cheek, chin, anywhere you name it. I think they're plotting against me...

And anyway my Q sister is having her birthday todaaay!!! Happy birthday dear Victoria Hoang!!! Much Love!!!!

Wafer Tower

Being sick is deadly boring. Today is day 2 of quarantine and I already came up with this crazy (and stupid) idea, making a wafer tower. No it's not a typo, it is a real wafer tower. A total of 15 stories were made. I couldn't build any higher because I was out of wafers.

If you're sick and bored, be nothing like me please. Do something productive.

Chicken Pox D':

I'm having a chicken pox :'((( so it means:
no classes » boring day » more crappy blog posts D:

Omfg, why noooow? When life is so hectic, so many things to do and accomplish? What about my tugas 3 DDP? What about the demo? What about PMB thingy? What about VHo's online birthday party? Maaaaan, I'm gonna miss many things :((

And I mean chicken pox???
1. It's so uncool
2. It's annoying
3. It's itchy
4. it's somewhat cute that I wanna scratch scratch scratch
5. It leaves prints D:
6. It takes looooong time to recover
7. It's ultra contagious (OH NO and my master teacher EncoQQ hasn't got it)

Today is the first day of the quarantine. I miss a thing already, sabtu pelangi 2. And I still have a week to go D:

Bored

I'm so bored in English Class that I drew stomach and colons on Paul's book. Jeez, I'm that bored...

This is it

Yes finally I watched This is it!!! I watched it yesterday with my friend Paul :) Geez, yesterday was really full of effort -_-

But all the efforts worth it!!! The movie was really awesome to me!!! EVERY SINGLE MOMENT was EMOTIONAL. Although it's a movie with no storyline (rehearsal footage only), it was still so touching. Every moment was too priceless that I even felt bad for blinking. Every song was really memorable. He showed me the real showmanship. Yes, he's the ultimate showman, and the true inspiration for almost everyone in the world.

And watching the movie of course brought back memories, made everyone miss him even worse. And I feel so bad that such ultimate concert have to be cancelled. It's way too great.

And anyway I love the female guitarist for the this is it concert. She's so cool and YOUNG!

Futile

So I was in a dilemma yesterday because I didn't know what to choose between attending the first annual Q Fam awards or covering an event at my campus called RumBel (Rumah Belajar). Well both were scheduled to be started at 9 pm (GMT +7), Sunday, on the same date and both are important. The Q Fam awards is important because it's the first, it's sacred, and it's a momet when everyone can be there (on tokbox) at a time so we all can meet up (basically it's important because I MISS THE WHOLE FAM!). And covering RumBel... It's not less important. Currently I'm having and internship with an organization in my campus and I'm in Media and we got a task to cover everything, including this event. As an intern, I shouldn't neglect my task because in the first interview, I didn't help either because I was somewhere not less important :(. But later I made up my mind. I was gonna come to the award and after that make it to the event... late. But at least I'd go to both.

So this morning, I woke up at 8.30, and I read a text from a friend who was gonna cover the event too. He said we should come at 8 instead of 9!!! Omg, if only I knew this before, I could go to my campus first at 8 then leave for the award at 9 then get back after the award, that's what I was thinking. And after that as usual I opened my ubertwitter and read all the tweets I missed at night and from Jess, I found out that the awards was postponed!!! GEEZ WHAT WAS MY DILEMMA FOR??? And I thought I also didn't make it on time to cover the event that I feel all guilty. So I hurried myself to my campus.

Arrived at the campus, found only 1, I repeat ONE friend of mine already there to do our task. And found out that the event was being put off also. MAAAAN WHAT WAS MY FEELING OF GUILT FOR???

Ah sigh, found out that my Saturday was full of futile dilemma and my Sunday morning was full of futile guilty feeling -____-"

And anyway finally I watched cloudy with a chance of meatballs this aftenoon. Thanks to Khanis, Aldita, and Dara xD I know I'm sooooooo late -_- and anway pretty good movie, pretty good laugh :) watch it if you haven't, it'll make you hungry XD

Anyway I want to be in a Jell-O

November

So October's over! And so are Halloween parties! (Actually I didn't go to any halloween parties, but I celebrated it on my own in my room. The electricity went out last night. Damn, it was scary). So get up people, welcome November!

Some things in November I'm looking forward to:

--November 4th. My last midterm test yeayuh! It's gonna be the hard one since it's principles of information system and I haven't read all slides. Dang, now I'll experience the drawbacks of being distracted in class.

--November 5th. Evaluation for the PMB thingy. Ah it's been awhile.

--November 7th (to me November 8th). THE FIRST ANNUAL QFAM AWARDS! Wooot I'm excited for this! It's gonna be on November 7, 6 pm western pacific time. To me it will be November 8th, 8 am or 9 am (ugh I hate converting times a of course I hate timezones -_-) it's gonna be on tokbox ;)

--Somewhere on November, some say there will be another Sabtu Pelangi or like Aly said "Rainbow Saturday". Part of PMB.

--Somewhere on November, there will be an MK (stands for Malam (or Momen?) Kekerabatan (or Keakraban?)), the climax of PMB, like some say.

--Birthdays! November 16th:VHo's, November 25th: Alikha's and Jenn Lac's, November 28th: Aminah Hussain's and Courtney Wall's

--and other random things unplanned :)

Hopefully November will be great :D
